Staff

Julie Dickerson is a Licensed CPA and has served as Controller for Dickerson Law Firm since its beginning in 1991. She is a Hot Springs native and was Class Valedictorian of Mountain Pine High School in 1973. Julie is a 1981 graduate of Henderson State University and was employed by Weyerhaeuser from 1972 through 1990.

Gail D. Ashmore serves as Director of Administrative Services. She is a native Arkansan and has a degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern Illinois. Prior to joining Dickerson Law Firm, she served as Director of Public Relations and Director of Development in hospitals in Memphis, Tennessee, Michigan City, Indiana and Chicago Heights, Illinois. She also served as Director of Business Development for the Visiting Nurse Association in Valparaiso, Indiana and as Regional Sales Director for Beverly Healthcare in Indiana and Arkansas. Gail has been with the law firm since March 2001.

Serving as Assistant Director of Administrative Services, Kira Bridges joined Dickerson Law Firm in December 2002 as a part time file clerk while attending college at Arkansas State University. After graduating with a degree in communications, Kira became a full-time employee and has served as Legal Assistant, Paralegal and Training Specialist. She has over 8 years of experience as a paralegal in the bankruptcy field. Kira resides in Hot Springs with her husband and three children.

Susie Hamilton is Scheduler for the law firm. She is a native Arkansan - born in Arkadelphia and raised in Hot Springs where she currently lives. Susie has over 25 years in office experience and is responsible for the front desk and scheduling duties in all offices.

Clay Speers joined the Dickerson Law Firm family in 2003. He is a 2003 graduate of Arkansas Tech University and a lifetime resident of Hot Springs. Clay serves as Computer Support Specialist for the firm.

Laci Kelley joined Dickerson Law Firm in the Spring of 2005 and serves as Post-Confirmation Paralegal for all Dickerson Law Firm offices. In addition, she serves as Senior Paralegal for the Hot Springs and El Dorado offices. Prior to these positions she served as Legal Assistant and Paralegal. In addition to her bankruptcy experience with Dickerson Law Firm, Laci served as an assistant to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for two years. Laci was born and raised in Hot Springs and enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two children, Kole and Dru.

Ashleigh Hamilton serves as Paralegal for the El Dorado office. She was born and raised in Hot Springs and began working part-time for Dickerson Law Firm in 2006 as a Legal Assistant. She left the firm in 2008 to focus on her college degree. She couldn't stay away and in May 2009 returned on a part-time basis. Upon receiving her degree in Graphic Design in May 2010, Ashleigh began full-time employment and was promoted to Paralegal in June 2011. Ashleigh continues to use her skills in graphic design by designing advertisements and assisting in the design of the firm's new website.

Kerryn Henderson is the paralegal for Pine Bluff. She joined the firm in October 2009 as a Legal Assistant and was promoted to paralegal in August 2011. She and her husband live in Pine Bluff with their two children.
