Why did you choose to practice bankruptcy?
When I was in general practice, I especially enjoyed practicing bankruptcy. So I jumped at the opportunity to come to work with the leading bankruptcy law firm in the state and do what I enjoy all day, every day. 

What do you like best about our firm, clients, Arkansas, etc?
What I like most about our clients in South Arkansas is the fact that they are hard workers.  When they come to me, they have already tried to work with their creditors, tried working overtime, whatever they can.  But, they are forced by the lawsuit or the foreclosure, or the garnishment to come to us.  It is at this point I get to give them the good news, that there is hope and most of those bothersome debts can be wiped away.

What I like most about our firm is our staff.  Clients can be assured that when they call our office, they are going to talk to someone who is good at what he or she does.  Our staff is in constant communication with the attorneys and we take a team approach in handling every issue that may come up in any case.  More than that, they care about our clients.  Most if not all of them give a portion of their paycheck to a charity fund.  Every quarter they vote to determine what the money should be used for.  They have given to missions trips, provided Christmas for families who would otherwise not have one, and a lot of times have given to our own clients that have had an especially hard time due to job loss or other reason.  This just shows the kind of caring people we have here in this firm.
