Jack W. Dickerson, Owner and Founder
Jack W. Dickerson Owner and founder of the Dickerson Law Firm, P.A.
Jack W. Dickerson is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Monticello with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Little Rock, in 1980 and is a member of the Garland County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, The National Association of Consumer Debtors Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Christian Legal Society. Dickerson previously served as assistant attorney general and special assistant to the governor. Dickerson has served as guest speaker for universities and legal associations and participated in the People's Law School, sponsored by Arkansas Trial Lawyers' Association . He has been selected "Best Attorney" four times in a consumer poll published in the Hot Springs' Sentinel Record, his hometown newspaper. He was selected as one of the best bankruptcy attorneys in Arkansas in a poll of attorneys conducted by the Arkansas Times Magazine. |

Stephen Wade Parker
Wade Parker
is the Managing Attorney for Dickerson Law Firm, P.A..
Parker received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1994. His undergraduate degree is in Political Science from Hendrix College, Conway. Prior to joining Dickerson Law Firm, P.A. in 1999, Parker served in the Public Defender's Office in Pulaski County. |

James C. Hunt
James Hunt joined Dickerson Law Firm, P.A. in February 2005 and serves as the Staff Attorney for the El Dorado and Hot Springs offices. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Hunt received his Bachelor of Arts in English at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Prior to joining Dickerson Law Firm, P.A. he served as a Hearing Officer for the Arkansas Appeal Tribunal. |

Lyndsey D. Dilks
Lyndsey D. Dilks joined Dickerson Law Firm, P.A. in September 2007 and serves as Staff Attorney in the Pine Bluff office. Dilks received her law degree from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law in 2006. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. Prior to joining the firm, Dilks served as law clerk with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District. |
